Elyss and I picked up a flyer from a table at JordanCon last year, read it, and then came and checked it out.
As you can see we haven't left :)

I also googled. This was before the library days :) Toral, though, does run a kick ass library!!!

My husband told me about this place and I found out more info at JCon last year. I have been wanting to join in ever since but real life had this pesky little habit of getting in the way.

Hi! I actually found this site through one of the Wheel of Time pages on Facebook. Someone made a post about someone else's interest in becoming an Aes Sedai and she posted a link.

Just as a heads up, I love all the WoT Humor stuff on Pinterest. But, there are no links. So if I click on an image, it just takes me to the image. You can set a link on all of those so that when someone clicks on the picture, it redirects them to our site!

Oooh, that's a good idea, Karassa. I didn't know that.

I found the site through Dragonmount. There was an interview-by-post with Mr. Rigney where he was talking about all sorts of stuff, and someone asked if it was possible to become an Aes Sedai or something, and someone mentioned this place. And so I googled it, and found TV.net, which I promptly joined, and then left again. The sheer silliness of the recruits turned me off a bit, I suppose :p

I wish I could find that interview...

But I eventually reread the series and decided to see if the site was alive and kicking still. I met a few awesome folks, and they kept me around until I established my own roots in the community.

You can thank or curse the Companion for bringing me here; time will tell which it is for you people. As for me, it is wonderful to join an active WoT forum, a rarity at this point in time.
