Department of Events & Conferences Structure Change

After a lot of discussion, the Department of Events & Conferences has decided to discontinue the role of Conference Coordinator. Esteban has been able to use this position to provide some great events in the past, but with the recent changes we've made in our approach to conferences (e.g. not securing a tower block of rooms for our use), and with the reduced emphasis on WoT as a component of these events, we'll be discontinuing the position.

Both Dragon*Con and JordanCon will remain official events, and I will serve in a role similar to local liaison for both. I'll coordinate our presence there and provide a slimmed-down packet for members, but we'll continue in the direction we've been going to allow people to make their own plans with the Tower interactions as only part of their plans.
