Bad gateway??

So I go to answer a PM that has been sent to me and I get a Bad Gateway window and am unable to answer it. This happens both on my android phone and my Windows computer. Setting on my end somewhere that has been changed or?

I seem to get something odd each time I post - I couple of the bad gateways and lots of the "Are you sure you want to leave this post" messages

Yes, I've been experienced what Toral has. It is not too bad, and it does not do it for every post, but it does ask me if I really want to "leave the page, since it will alter content or lose it" or something along the lines.

I get that message after each PM I send, but the recipient still seems to be receiving the PM's.

It's doing this every time you post, and every PM? Or just sort of randomly?

Randomly. I try to respond to a pm from Bryher and I get it but I can respond to Chaelca just fine. ..

So for a given PM, it always fails? I'm seeing some odd errors on the server and have restarted the PHP process. We'll see if that helps.

Yeah, looks like ever since the reboot something's been causing PHP to crash on certain operations. Working on narrowing that down now, but it might not be a quick fix.

So I haven't tracked down the root cause of the crash per se, but it's in the xdebug PHP extension, which we don't actually need. I've uninstalled it, and so far so good. Not sure why it suddenly started crashing, though.
