Yes, Ivanor. We accept donations at any time and it can be earmarked. We have a nifty PayPal donation button here, or you can ask for an address to mail a check/money order to. (Or you can be sleuth like and find it in an event forum to send tickets to. Alternately for those with access to the White Sitting Room it can be found in our contact thread. )

We generally discourage earmarking, in fear that all donations will go towards the scholarship and we won't have funds left over to pay our hosting. :P That and earmarking is purely on paper, because we currently have the one bank account and getting more to separate funds will cost us more.
