I was wondering if you would consider maybe amending the cancellation policy to allow for potential hurricane situations for this event? I know October is on the late end of the season and weather usually doesn't go up that coast in a severe way, but it's still a possibility.
In all honesty, Tampa/Clearwater rarely get effected more than just some rain. I used to go to the beach during hurricane season just to play in the better waves.
I agree, I looked it up - it is possible though. Just wondered if in the unlikely event I found out the Thursday before I left that there was a big one rolling up if I could cancel without too much of a loss.
I see lots of mention of October in this thread and I realize that's when we normally do FB, but no actual dates. Any idea when we might be getting dates?
I've got to plan a kidnapping, so I need some lead time.
The chances of a hurricane in October here are slim to none....simply because by then the water is too cold in the Atlantic to affect us. Sean's right, though, if we do get something, it'll be rain and that's about it.
