I know that Rand worked hard to make sure that there would be peace even after he "died" but I am sure taht I am not the only one wondering how long it can last. All of the nations have some reason to go at the other but I am thinking that the Seanchan have created the most numerous (or maybe just most powerful) enemies.
Any Aes Sedai (especially the ones who remember being collard) will want to take back the Aes Sedai that have been made damane. Wars will start quickly. The White Tower has an army and I think that Egwene would use her connections with the Wise Ones to help the Aes Sedai use the One Power as a weapon.
I could be totally wrong about this but I cannot imagine the peace lasting long with any side...
Do you think that peace can last?
If you see war in the future, who is fighting it?
Do you think that Rand will uphold the peace in his new body?
Another book might need to be written just to answer all the looming questions!

Well I think after Tuon's talk with Artur Hawkwing, many things will change in Seanchan. And now Min and Mat have a big part in Seanchan Empire so that will affect everything, as well.
About Egwene:
she is dead, she can't do anything.
I don't know what will happen with the already captured channelers, that is a big problem, especially for the Aiel, but I think war can be avoided. Especially now that every side has lost so many after the Last Battle. Also, there is a problem of the Sharans, and I think Seanchan and other nations will first try to take care of them, maybe even together.
Maybe the tentative 'treaty' that Egwene had with Tuon would be furthered. That every Seanchan channeler could enter the training in the White Tower, if wanted, and every non-Seanchan channeler could become a damane.
But that is just my speculation, and you never know. Anything can happen :D

Yeah, I somehow find it doubtful that things will be peaceful for long once the other problems are shoved under the rug(people in the Westlands seem to be really good at that).

There's always the possibility of it. In Aviendha's vision, the Aiel started a war with the Seanchan which ended up dragging in the entire world, and the Seanchan WON. Rand may have prevented this by having them in the Dragon's Peace, but the reason for their hatred of them is still very much alive.

I might need to recheck, but I'm not sure if the White and Black towers were included. I know Rand mentioned that he couldn't stop the White Tower from interfering, and there was no mention of the Black Tower at all.

@ Lok Sionn: One of Aviendha's visions says the WT has been destroyed, while the BT fights on as an underground network of men who can channel - well, given what the Seanchan do to the "Black Devils", what else could they do?

On the whole, I agree with Tehmpus - the world is in ruins (with the southwestern Seanchan territories probably in a better state than Andor etc.), and survival and reconstruction will be the top priority for the next 5 to 20 years. And Tuon's focus will soon shift to reclaiming Seanchan, which she will need damane for. No big changes in the offing.

Later on - who knows? Elayne is right in claiming that the Dragon's Peace implies a balance of power, and this may shift considerably over the decades, just due to scientific and economic development. And there's the seed of war.

@ Almira ni'Caldazare -

If you have the time to spare, just do it for the fun of it - Robert Jordan was never in favor of fan fiction, but the temptation is quite strong.

I think there will still be the possibility of war, but considering the number of channelers in the Seanchan empire, change might happen via natural revolt. Once it becomes common knowledge that the sul'dam can learn to channel, it's possible that those who wish to learn will eventually outnumber those who live in fear of channelers. This itself would take a while, but more exposure to women who can channel and aren't collared, could inspire a revolution over time, especially if the White Tower gets involved to help it along.

Do not read unless you have finished reading A Memory of Light.

I will try to help answer some of these questions.

CH.6: A Knack. Here the Aiel are given authority to enforce the "Peace of the Dragon". Also, If Rand is unable to get the Seanchan to sign the "Peace" than the Document is null and void. Rand also adds a provision allowing the Aiel to petition other nations to aid them in their enforcement of the Peace. At this point everyone is signing the "Dragon's Peace" when a question arises. "What of the women held by the Seanchan?" After a time Aviendha comes to the conclusion that the Aiel can not defeat the Seanchan. Amys agrees. So we know there will probably not be a Seanchan-Aiel war for a long time after the Last Battle since the Aiel simply do not have the ability to defeat the vast Seanchan Empire.

CH. 17: Older, More Weathered. Rand and Tuon agree to keep the Seanchan borders as they are at the current time (Tarabon and half of Almoth Plain). They then agree to let the Seanchan keep all damane currently owned, but the Seanchan may not take any more.

My Opinion: The "Peace of the Dragon" is a thorough treaty. I believe it will last a long time. There will be problems, but the Aiel will keep everyone in line. I also believe that if any nation decides to disregard the "Peace" than the Aiel will seek the assistance of all the other nations and smash the rebellion. The Peace will eventually fail (as most do) as the wheel brings about the next age and people forget about the "Peace". "The Wheel of Time turns, and ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legends fade to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again."

Couldn't have said it better, myself
