It is my pleasure to announce on the Board's behalf that the position has been offered to and accepted by Ubahsur Sedai of the White Ajah!
Ubah has been a member here since September of 2002 and has served in many different capacities including the Hall, local liason for Fall Ball 2006 and Head of Ajah. She worked hand in hand with Dralyn Sedai doing a lot of research to assist us in our 501(c)7 status. She has been a resource on all things human resource related to the administration for many years and is currently serving as the Director of Administration.
In her professional life away from Tarvalon.Net, Ubah is an HR specialist who has taken classes in accounting and finance and while an office manager of a small business she worked directly with the accountant in the preparation of taxes and helped keep track of company accounts. Needless to say she has the background and expertise I and the Board of Directors were looking for. We'll be soliciting applications for the next Director of Administration in a couple of weeks.
