Congratulations, Estelyn Sedai!

I am writing to whole-heartedly and enthusiastically recommend Estelyn for Raising to Aes Sedai. This should come as no surprise, given she is my first-sister and a person I have come to care for in real life. Estelyn IS Gray. She cares about the Tower community and the people in it. She's been through a lot in the four years she's been with us, and IMHO, will be much stronger after what she's been through. I already care for her as my first-sister, and I look forward to the day I can embrace her as my Gray Sister too.

Estelyn has been a quiet steady presence in the Gray discord. She has gone through some very difficult times lately, but is always there with a calming steady view on things no matter her personal difficulties. I highly recommend her for raising immediately. She is definitely a Gray and is definitely ready to be raised. We need and want our Sister home with us.

I am SO excited to raise Estelyn!! I've loved getting to know her and can't wait to officially welcome her as a sister. Estelyn has put a lot of effort in recently to increase her activity. It has been great getting to know her better. I love the commitment she is showing to being a Gray and being an active member of our community. Both her and us Grays are ready for her to finally be full sister.

I am sending this as my recommendation for Estelyn to be raised as Aes Sedai of the Gray Ajah. Estelyn has been undergoing some extreme life changes, and amidst that upheaval has still made a concentrated effort to be a present, active member of our family. She truly belongs with us and is an excellent addition to our Ajah. It is no small thing to share the darkest parts of our lives, as well as our joy, and we welcome Estelyn with open arms as our sister. I thank her for allowing us to be present and attempt to ease her burdens, in the small ways we can. Also from an administrative perspective, while she is not the most active on the Site, she has made a concentrated effort to be active within our Ajah and get to know us. She has been a member for as long as I have been back (3-4 years now) and has been more than enough active during her cumulative time to show dedication to our organization. She also contributed extensively when Jahily was Mayor and was the foundation of several initiatives that I even used during my tenure as Mayor. I vouch for her 100%, it is time for her to step forward and be welcomed as a Senior Member.
