I encourage you to read the Membership Manual (click the "Library" link on the menu bar that's just below the TarValon.Net logo, then look below the TarValon.Net logo on that page and you'll see a menu with options including the Membership Manual) to get familiar with the rules and regulations of the site and how to, should you so desire, advance beyond Citizenship into full Tower Membership.
