Can I ask, have there been bids? If not I'll think about putting one in - I'm just constrained currently because I'm unsure if I'll be in Auckland or Melbourne for 2014.

The thing which is really annoying me is that there is no easy way to distinguish at a glance if there are unread posts in a thread. Would it be possible to use different colours? I'm finding it very confusing that there are different colours for "hot" threads, even if there aren't any new posts

I think this is a really neat idea. Would it be possible to set it up as an RSS feed? I know I would certainly read it more consistently if I could channel it through Google Reader, and I'm sure a lot of other people are the same.

Are there still going to be South Pacific events? That seems to have just about rolled over and died. I put in a proposal for an event two years ago and never heard back.
