Before I post all the images, and I am sure you can skip over this to see everything, lets first start with a little history on this project.
Once Upon a Time...
Back in 2010 we had a bit of a hiccup. As I recall, there was a corrupt database somewhere and every source file for the previous logo's was lost. We were able to scrounge for every image version and size we could only to fall short of what we really needed. Our first Director of Marketing proposed the idea of making new Logos. Ones that were fresh and relevant. Ones that had input from each Ajah and Company.
We got off to a pretty good start. But with all large projects like this, without a dedicated artist it fell through the cracks and all but was stuck pages back in the Marketing Department. This really was of no fault of anyone, it happens. Membership forgot, we forgot.
When I applied for Director one of my main goals was to see forgotten projects to completion. The main one was this one. I wanted Logo's done in a year. Look at us, 10-ish months later and we have something special for each of you that is unique to each group that not only shows Ajah and Company pride, but just how wonderful and personal each group is.
And none of this could be possible without a few people.
The two groups that participated this year in Logo Discussions. Our first round was done with Ajah Heads and Company Commanders, with their Second in Commands, and the second round with our current Hall. Without their personal and impartial input this year we would not have gotten as far as we did. Each one of these individuals:
But the real gem here is Siera al'Cere. She not only picked up a dead project, but also re-created missing source files, bent over backwards at all our crazy requests, worked more hours on these logo's then a normal paying day job. I honestly can't sing her praises enough. So a HUGE HUGE thank you to her!
Cafepress
With a HUGE thank you to Avendaella Tikvah and Izabella Serra who spend hours helping Siera update our Cafepress with all the new Logo's. We even went to the effort of separating a few of the items into folders; Apparel, Trinkets and "household" items. If there is a Logo you want on a specific item that isn't listed then please email Siera at projectmanager@tarvalon.net. She will happily fill out your request!! (This applies to anything for the store!!)
Icons
We started with the Icons, and these were released early, but to give you guys a refresher here they are again!
Shawls & Shields
The Icon's were a precursor to these beautiful Shawls and Shields for each group! Take a moment to breath it in, because these are spectacular!
Formal Shawls & Shields
For a while we kept with these because we thought they were pretty. It was asked "why the flags for the shawls?" and Serenla was kind enough to point out that it wasn't just Aes Sedai with shawls that would accompany the Amyrlin Seat as she left the Tower, but there were formal flags with the Flame of Tar Valon that would accompany her, along with flags that decorated the corridors of each Ajah. Not to mention the Shield of Arms to represent the Companies. These took the most work in representing each group and went through many variations and drafts before we were happy with the result.

Will these be available? Yes!! Of course they are! Not only are they in the Store and will be updated into the Library, but our files are available in a variety of sizes and available styles (with or without text) for you to use. Respectfully, please know that while these images are hosted on my personal server to reserve room on the TarValon.Net server for your lovely conversations, please don't go off hosting these in a place where they will be easily mistaken as your work. These are TarValon.Net Inc's property that is open for you guys to use with respect to the work put into them and without (too many) alterations.

The Rumored 4th Logo
Each group is given a combination of 3 logo's, but during the discussion there was a constant talk of a '4th logo'. Well.. It will be a future project for our team, but not likely to happen right away. This was a HUGE project as is and I'd rather not burn out our poor poor Project Manager.
What's Next? Really..
There is talk about more Logos, and I do believe that Citizens are next in line for shinys and then after that the Departments. Keep an eye out for early next year for more information!
A Note of Courtesy
Personal Feedback can be sent to marketing@tarvalon.net and I'll happily listen. These were made with the majority of an Ajah/Company approval. While we can't please everyone, we tried very hard to make as many people happy as possible.
