Morning Zazen Meditation- 8am MT, MWF

Tar Valon.net Meditations are 8-9 am MST on M, W, F. They are two short (20 min approximately) meditations with a 5-10 min break in the middle for stretching, questions and / or discussions.

The Zazen sessions are showing as starting at 10a.m CST on my calendar feed whereas they should be showing as 9a.m. CST. Is the time zone on the event set correctly, or is my calendar wonky?

@Polegnyn Nemeara makes the great point asking why Zazen Meditation is in that forum ("Spirituality & Religion.") It is because, that is where I was first asked about meditation generally and Zazen (Japanese style meditation) specifically.

Then the regular online discord events meditations organically grew from there (providing basic information to actually hosting meditation session for Tar Valon.net). That being said, our meditation is secular (non-religious). Perhaps, I need to start a thread in the Health and Fitness discussion forum and / or perhaps in the Fitness Guild (@Arinna Katal , would this regular meditation practice be something that fits in your Guild?).

There are no faults to be laid. It's amazing how much you are doing. Thank you for "officially" recognizing and supporting this regular discord activity by Tar Valon.net members. Over the last 18 months, I am amazed by the commitment of our members to this activity.
