I had no idea you were so into DS9! I'm another one who kinda came back to it later, and really got into it more second time round. One of the episodes which always sticks with me is called "In the Pale Moonlight" (I *think* - it's been a while!) The plot involves Sisko and Garak trying to get the Romulans as allies. I feel that Avery Brooks really shines in that episode, giving some wonderful speeches direct to camera, asking the question "Does the end justify the means?" Fascinating stuff

Eala Sedai I think I remember you mentioning a long time ago that you love this series. I'm always glad to find another fan! I don't recall that particular episode but it's probably in one of the seasons I have yet to rewatch.

It's a fair bit further on on the series. I think possibly season 6, but again... it's been a while
