He looks pretty small to me, for a normal horse. any smaller and we'd have to look at a legit pony. There are easily horses out there that will dwarf him.
I worry that they're damaging the show's chances of success because there are a lot of stupid people out there who can't recognize satire and thus won't tune in.

I can totally get behind the wife who dies on winternight - Honestly, Perrin is such a brooder (2nd only to Rand), it'd be kind of nice to see a really decent reason for it. And Faile would actually make more sense if her fire helped him get past the grief, and his determination to treat her...
I don't know, that's just what leapt into my brain, considering there's not a ton of roles in that age range available for a table reading of the first two episodes. Unless they start with the prologue, in which case I could totally see him as Lews Therin or Ishamael.
