No there is no time limit :) There is one if you decide to join the Tower later on. Plus we have very active citizen community at the moment and there are all kind of fun activities you can participate in. :)

We have the The Olde Warder and Hen forum which you will be able to view once becoming a citizen. There are different 'tables' there (including a Balkan one). I suppose it's something similar. Yeah, you are right, we don't want to be rude....intentionally :P

To send PMs you need to be a citizen. You can apply to be one after you reach 25 posts but before this you can leave Visitor Messages which you do by going to the profile of the person you wish to send the message to and choose the Visitor Messages (the second tab), you write your message their...
