All of the newer actors have been better OUTSIDE of Who -that's just my personal opinion of course. The older Doctors haven't at all. Save for Paul McGann, who was better in The Upper Hand. Hope you get citizenship soon, Jondo :D

Funny thing about the older episodes.... ;) Plenty of Brits who have them. Although yes, most of the first ones were lost, and some are just on audio.
