I believe that if they are going to stay true to the story her "death" won't be as long, or they are going to set it up in such a way that will make it not so devastating to the show.
Honestly, I have no idea what's going on with Liandrin, because I cannot tell if she's doing all of these things to manipulate people. Is that poor man really her son and, if it is, could she just be using him for her own purposes?
I feel like this episode was the best one of the season, so far, which is saying something, because I believe this season has been tremendous and leagues better than the first.
