That is odd. <.< well give up and reinstall the OS. Linux is nice.. Joking! So a reinstall of chrome didn't help. Same thing happen in incognito mode? Normally the extensions aren't running in that mode and it might tell us if its something thats been added to chrome thats conflicting.

Have you cleared your history / cache ( incognito mode might do the same thing)..

If you hit the windows key then type in 'control panel' then open the 'mouse' icon there is a little folder to test clicking on.
