Do you have any access to e-mail at all? It really doesn't matter what kind. As long as you can send and receive messages to and from moderators@tarvalon.net, you can get set up with CE posting privileges.

For my part, I have just two or three public forums where I participate (or even lurk), but if you're there you've almost certainly seen me. That's really been the case since I was a Recruit. It's just a question of right place, right time.
