@Ajailyn Morrivinna did you try to fill the form out or did you click the pencil icon in the corner? You shouldn't have to sign in to just submit answers, I don't believe, but if you try to edit the form then it asks for permission.

Update! Update! Last year in 2019 we had a whopping 27 pints donated!! :joy This is the HIGHEST number of donations since 2015!! I am so proud of this community. Thank you for your donations, they saved lives. :grouphug

Yes! I will add those points to the first post. You may donate throughout the entire year of 2020, just come fill out a form after each donation. :D I think the deadline is very flexible - let's say January 10, 2121 so I can tally the forms for the annual report. :)
