I've just listened to the section where Mat is in um... Maerone (sp?) in LoC. When he's flirting (or trying!) to flirt with one of the maids, he ends up frustrated because when he tries to kiss her, she keeps turning her head away and seeming surprised. But he doesn't stop trying to kiss her :p...
