That's what I meant as well, being available for people to look at isn't the same as being audited. Unless the books are so simple there are only handfuls of transactions to go through. I have no idea how the books look so I defaulted to more over less.

I see that the CFO is doing the books, but will anyone be auditing them on a regular basis?
