Are you talking about the actual cover? This? If so, her hair is brown...ish. If you're talking about Sweet's cover, I think it's supposed to be Elayne, Aviendha, Min per Min's long-standing viewing. In which case, there is still the question of when Min's hair got so long...

That's my reasoning. But since a new piece would probably be something more polished (and action-oriented? at least of a different scene) I guess we have a win/win on our hands. Except for the people who hate the DKS cover, of course.
