I think Paypal in general is a 1-3 day delay. It shows completed from our end so there shouldn't be any other delays. We've done a couple of refunds in the past, but I don't know what the timeline has been on them. If it doesn't show up for sure by Monday, let me know and I can hassle Paypal...
