Kassidy is a Green Aspirant, which means, when she is raised, she will be a Green. In Green, you don't have to be a full Aes Sedai to be our Librarian. Just a member of the Ajah. As an Aspirant, she qualifies. ;) And she's doing an amazing job, btw.
