Looks like there's a possibility Rob Goodwin will be assisting the head costume designer. Mostly does leatherwork, worked on Into the Woods, Disney's live action Beauty and the Beast, and both the Maleficent movies. This actually gives me a lot more confidence in the costume department, if true.
