Having a second bond does nothing to reduce the effect of losing a warder. Examples: Alanna when she lost one of her warders in the Two Rivers; and Adelrona when she lost one of her warders in the Seanchan raid.

I don't remember any specific reference or indication that Siuan and Gareth were married. What I remember from their conversation in Towers of Midnight (around Rand's visit to the White Tower) is that they planned to get married after Siuan feels that her mission is fulfilled.
