The bond used on the Aes Sedai required them to obey the Asha-Man absolute. I don't see how a man would want to do that with his wife. :cheese

Remember that there are two different male bonds :look It is the one Logain used on the Aes Sedai-I-temporarily-forgot-the-name-of and there is the bond that Asha-man use to bond with their wives... I believe Androl used the latter...
