:tackleYou made it! :yes
To answer, at the moment my main project is a post-apocalypse story... to be honest, I do far more planning that actual writing, haha! The main games I play at the moment are Overwatch and World of Warcraft, but I often find myself going back to old favourites like Fallout New Vegas and Civilization 5. How about you?Nice! What do you write, and what do you play?
Wow, so many replies. Thank you all!

... Wow. This could be me.I've been planning a trilogy of novels for over ten years now
I do have Civ VI, I just find myself going back to Civ V. Maybe we three should attempt a game sometime? I didn't play WoW for around 7 years until Luna roped me back into it (she ropes me into a lot now I think about it... :arch)

I sometimes think that... but then by the time I reach the end of one plan, I have a better idea and go back to change it!To be fair, I am very close to being able to start writing.
OK, I added you! Although I am EU and you are NA (right?) so it might not show on bnet!

Brethenn#2727I have another friend in the UK on my BattleNet account, though I'm not sure if his account is set to the EU or NA servers. I got your friend invite on Steam, but not BattleNet; I think I have to add you too. May I ask what your BattleNet name#number is?
Oooh, wow! And yeah I'm sure you'll find a voice for her along the way and that sort of thing can be changed in a second draft. Actually doing that first draft is always the most difficult bit, so it's nice you've managed to get over that hurdle! That was me with my setting for a long time. I had characters and plot, and I couldn't decide what setting to put them in. Now I've figured that out, and I've got all three novels outlined. I've actually already written several chapters, so I just need to keep going My biggest drawback is that I have a lot of characters fleshed out very well, except for my protagonist. I figure I'll get to know her better during the writing of the first draft.
Yeah, it's a lot easier when you have something to work on to begin with, instead of a blank canvas that I personally just tend to kind of word-vomit over.
