Hey there. :) Todd (Slade) figured it out after I told him the shortened version is Morte Sol. It's a dumb joke really. I just disguised a well known object with names that have pseudo-similar meanings to it.

Hey, you're new blood about the same time as me. Welcome seems odd, so I'm just going to say hi. :P

What I've been able to come up with so far is that a Tick is a kind of blood sucker, and Nodd could be a reference to the Book of Nod from Vampire: The Masquerade, so we should probably be vampires of some form. I don't know, that's all I've got right now. :P

You know I was thinking earlier that the Tick and Nodd dynamic duo need a super power of some kind.
