We are changing things up a bit for the Outreach Activities Team (OAT), and have decided to open up applications in case anyone else is interested in helping with our upcoming event. Going forward (if it works out this time!) we're going to hire for specific events, with terms lasting the duration of the event. For example, our upcoming event will be Shaoman. We are opening up applications now, with the intent to hire as applications come in. Planning will be starting in the near future. Roughly a week after Shaoman is over (or whenever everything is wrapped up), the OAT will be thanked and sent on their merry way until it's time to hire for Beltine.
