Okay folks, it's that sad time when someone rotates out of the Membership Department. 
Jaim's term is coming to an end here shortly! He's been a pleasure to work with, but all things must change with time.
Description
The Company Commander is the membership administrator for all Gaidin of his Company. He watches over them, guides them, deals with administrative issues with them, keeps track of them, and settles any disputes while encouraging them to remain active and involved in the Community at large. He also facilitates the guesting experience of all Soldiers both those guesting as well as those who have chosen to aspire to the Company. The Company Commander is also the person responsible for deciding when an Soldier is ready for raising to become a full member of the Company.
Duties
-Facilitate the guesting experience of all Soldiers, both those visiting as well as those who have chosen to aspire to the Company
-Decide when an Soldier is ready for raising to become a full member of the Company
-Complete quarterly reports for the Director of Membership concerning his Company
-Maintain contact information for the members of the Company
-Update the Who's Who for members of the Company as needed
-Selecting in-Company positions such as Honor Guard and helping to select Councilors for the Hall
-Any duties related to the Company that I've forgotten to list specifically
Requirements
-Must be a Gaidin of at least 6 months standing within his Company
-Must be able to dedicate at least 10-15 hours per week to the position though this number could be far more (sometimes less) depending on the week
-Must be organized, active, and have strong leadership and team-building skills
-Must be extremely knowledgeable about our Bylaws, the Membership Manual, the administrative structure, and how our Community operates
