About the forum theme:

Are we going to be skinned so we'll still be getting the same or similar look as we do with phpBB, or will we also be getting the typical vB style of post appearances?

In particular, I notice that with phpBB, the user details are off to the left hand side of the screen, allowing the topic to flow unobstructed as you read downward. On most vB boards I've seen on the other hand (I'm guessing this must be the default for vB), the user detail bar is a horizontal bar across the top of each post, so having the details of each poster intervening between the previous message and the next.

I'm going to guess that we're getting skinned for our current look (especially as the horizontal bar method doesn't seem like it would work too well with avvys as we have them, most "typical vB" styled boards seem to have either very small avatars or none at all, with 110x170 the bars would be huge), but, for confirmation's sake are we getting the classic look or are we getting the icky typical vB one?

Don't worry, we're developing a theme for vBulletin (as we did for phpBB). It won't be the same as what we have now, but it will be similar

As for PMs: I just tested and can confirm that all PMs (including those in folders) are indeedly imported. Unfortunately, they're all imported to the inbox. So those of you that use folders to organize (rather than archive) will be a bit annoyed. On the other hand, the limit for PMs is a straight limit (Received+Sent), and you won't need to create folders all the time when your inbox caps out. There's also the ability to download your PMs as XML, CSV, or TXT.

Ok, so right now I have about 50 PMs in my inbox and 90 in a folder. When we switch boards they will all be imported to my inbox, but none of them will be deleted because of overflow. Is that correct? *is not so good at all the technical stuff*
