Randomly down?

For the last couple days (2-3) I've been getting random down times on Tar Valon. I'll try to go to a thread and it'll say the webpage is not available. Sometimes this resolves itself right away (I'll refresh and it'll pull up), other times it lasts for several minutes before it'll open (up to about 5 minutes). This isn't happening on any other website.

Cleared cache and all that
Tried restarting browser and it still happens

I know Defen was doing something around 6:20 ET today. I couldn't get back on for quite a while. Not sure about other times.

Today was one of the worst so maybe that has something to do with it.

Yes, yesterday afternoon Defen was doing some things, but that's the only time we've had site downtime in the past few days. If you were experiencing issues, then it might be something with your browser or internet.

Sarramy, I haven't had any other reports of downtime or slowness of the site.

When these particular incidents happen, can you post here (once you gain access) or email support@tarvalon.net with details? Date/time occurred, Duration (how long the slowness/downtime was), and description of what is happening.

It helps us if we can know when things are happening, that way we can look for a pattern to see if it's something with our server or something on your end or something in between.
