The image is of Iorveth who in the story is an Elven freedom fighter (or Terrorist depending on who you ask) Who fights for the rights of The Elder Races who are being treated like gypsy scum by humans. His methods however are less than what you might expect from a majestic elf.

I love the Witcher games and Iorveth is one of my favourite characters The elves and the dwarves in that world are rather different from the stereotypical Tolkien way they're usually portrayed and I really like that. What's interesting about that particular picture of him, is that you can't see that he's lost his right eye.
