Next set of merits awarded

We have two merits that are being awarded for the first time. For Fall 2011, Zimone Zarasri receives the silver merit for Forum Participation, and Mhór Rioghain Blathnaid receives the silver merit for Chat Participation. These ladies were chosen by the Department of Moderators as being great participants in chat and the forums, so congratulations, ladies! :clap
