Greetings Tar Valon; Amyrlin, Keeper, Sitters, Ajah Heads, Aes Sedai, Accepted, Novices, Warders, Tower Guards, Mistress of the Kitchens, gardeners, servants, stable hands, and all!
I've been a WoT'er since 1998; and have read the books more than half a dozen times since 2012; at least 4 times since AMoL. And each reading only proved to me how much I've missed in the previous readings! But there is only so much time and energy to read the same series
It is sad that RJ isn't still Rafo'ing us all; the man is already a legend; but it would have been so much better to have a living legend enjoy his excellent fandom. In his own words, he plays a "very deep game!" It is an intellectual exercise to read the lines and in between, especially given the grandiose of this masterpiece.
The Companion's reference to Tar Valon brought me here; back if you count a very short stint a few years back. And it is impressive how active TV is. I'm glad that there are still people active to teach about the books and discuss them.
