Hello all, a new newbie.

Hi all. Just started to read the Wheel Of Time book series.
After some kind reading advice from a member here.

Been reading mostly Scifi books from the 50's up to the 70's,
Asimov/Jack Vance/Arthur C Clarck etc. My first Fantasy series
was The Lord Of the Rings and Hobbit books. loved those.

When i start reading i cant stop most of the time,
"Lets read one more chapter" feeling, ending reading way past 24:00.

What bums me out the most is reading a series and then not being to find
the next volume of it. Really pisses me off, especially if i liked the series ;p

So far i like the first book "Eye Of the World".

And I too know what you mean. Sometimes when I'm stuck in a book I lose the sense of room and time. I've also read some Asimov.

Oh, man, staying up late... Time flies when you're having fun I don't remember the last time I went to sleep without reading at least a few paragraphs of a book (even if it meant being woken up by it eventually falling on my face :P )
