Ireland! I'm hoping to visit Ireland next spring with my best friend. We're taking a few weeks to see Ireland, Scotland and Italy. Though now that I'm moving, it may get pushed to next fall.

I'm planning on going to Hawaii for my honeymoon in July ... although we're gonna avoid the touristy stuff, so we're gonna be staying on Maui and Kauai. What does your husband do? I'm actually hoping to eventually move out that way, but don't know that there's much for my industry out there.

Maui and Kauai are beautiful for vacationing. I'm no expert, but Maui is my favorite so let me know if you want any tips! Though I think I'd have trouble living there permanently because a lot of the stores just don't have locations on those islands.

My husband works for TSA at the airport. He was trying for a promotion and just applied for every opening all over the country. It was just luck that the Honolulu airport out of all of them accepted his application. What do you do?

I'd love some tips on Maui, Megana. I've been there once before for a few days with my family, but I'm sure there are countless things I'm completely unaware of.

That's awesome to hear how your husband got the job. I've got a friend that works for TSA around here; just recently promoted himself, but still staying in the NoVA area. For me, I'm in the film industry, trying to do compositing for movies. I'm the guy that takes CG stuff and real life stuff and combines it all to make it believable. Well, that's what I'm trying to get into. I graduated with a degree for that, but for right now I'm working as a portrait photographer.

Yeah, currently I'm looking to move to LA this upcoming Summer, right after I get back from the honeymoon. We're even doing a 4 day layover on our way out so we can check out apartments and the like. There used to be a possibility of Central Florida, but the big studio down there went bankrupt a few months back :\

Thanks! And I'm learning that already by the research we've both been doing on the neighborhoods and such. Also, I recently got a lead that may lead to a job out there significantly sooner than expected ... which would be awesome, but also really difficult at the same time.
