Description:
The Head of Ajah is the membership administrator for all Aes Sedai of her Ajah. She watches over them, guides them, deals with administrative issues with them, keeps track of them, and settles any disputes while encouraging them to remain active and involved in the Community at large. She also facilitates the guesting experience of all Accepted both those guesting as well as those who have chosen to aspire to the Ajah. The Head of Ajah is also the person responsible for deciding when an Accepted is ready for raising to become a full member of the Ajah.
Duties
-Facilitate the guesting experience of all Accepted, both those visiting as well as those who have chosen to aspire to the Ajah
-Decide when an Accepted is ready for raising to become a full member of the Ajah
-Complete quarterly reports for the Director of Membership concerning her Ajah
-Maintain contact information for the members of the Ajah
-Update the Who's Who for members of the Ajah as needed
-Selecting in-Ajah positions such as Heart and helping to select Sitters for the Hall
-Any duties related to the Ajah that I've forgotten to list specifically
Requirements
-Must be an Aes Sedai of at least 6 months standing within her Ajah
-Must be able to dedicate at least 10-15 hours per week to the position though this number could be far more (sometimes less) depending on the week
-Must be organized, active, and have strong leadership and team-building skills
-Must be extremely knowledgeable about our Bylaws, the Membership Manual, the administrative structure, and how our Community operates
