Hi all,
I'm currently following a post-graduate program in Coaching.
We are doing the advanced course right now and part of our graduation project is that we need to do coaching sessions as part of our portfolio.
I've teamed up with a classmate of mine as we both want to incorporate English coaching sessions in our portfolio and so naturally I thought of my WOT community.
So here's the deal:
We are two advanced trainee coaches who offer a free coaching session or a coaching package (= 3 consecutive coaching sessions).
How it works:
1. You will have a pre-coaching connection call first.
During this call the coach and coachee will:
However, it is entirely up to the coachee to decide whether or not they want this.
What we do ask is that if you agree to a following session, that you also please honor that agreement.
This is part of our exams so it is very important that we can do these assignments within the timeframe that we have available to us. If the coachee, for whatever reason, cannot do the 3 sessions we must find another one in order to fulfill our exam obligations.
If, for whatever reason, either coach or coachee does not feel that the connection between them is right, both parties have the right to withdraw.
All we ask is that you are honest and open about this. Your coach will not be offended, we are trained to understand that a match is important and depends on a wide variety of things that do not indicate any lack or flaw in personality or character.
2. Coaching Session
The coaching sessions will take place via Teams and will last up to 1 hour.
The coach will make the practical arrangements with the coachee during the connection call.
Dates, times, link to Teams meet, etc.
Please note: both coaches are in Belgium, so we will be following Central European Time (CET)
you can check Time Zone Comparisons to see what would suit best together with your coach.
3. Available spots
We have room for 4 people doing 3 coaching sessions each.
(= 2 people per coach)
4. Sign up
To sign up please send me a PM with:
- what you would like to be coached for
- location (timezone)
- Real Life name + most active email
5. Contact your coach
When you have signed up I'll take a look at the available spots left and if there are still left you'll receive the contact information of your coach.
It is then up to you to reach out to her (we both id as female) to ask for your connection call.
I will let her know to expect your email/call, but it is up to you to reach out to your coach first.

I will update this post when we have enough candidates.
People who might be interested in a coaching session later on (which may or may not be free of charge) can then still contact me and we can see on an individual basis what can be done.

- gain a first idea of what might be needed (1 or 3 sessions)
- see if there is a match between coach and coachee
