The Department of Events & Conferences has solicited bids for the 2013 Britain & Ireland Event since the end of May (link) and to date have received no location proposals. Based on the discussion at this year's adminstrative meeting, we recognize that we can't plan a successful event without the dedicated interest of a local liaison, and so currently we're not able to proceed.
We'd like to extend the opportunity to share your idea of an event for next year in Britain or Ireland. If you have an idea, even if you need help to flesh out the details, please send it to bievents@tarvalon.net, events@tarvalon.net, and officers@tarvalon.net by July 16th.
