Alright everyone, I have a couple of announcements resulting from our exec meeting on Monday. The concerns that were expressed regarding the community group level prize were taken into account. Although we will not be doing away with this prize, and I do hope you’re following along in the archeological dig to learn about it, we are making a minor adjustment this year. Each community group will be evaluated as follows: Number of donors / Total Donations from Group. We hope that this alleviates some of the concerns that were expressed with the Number of Community Members / Total Donations from Group. This program will again be evaluated after the completion of the Fundraiser.

Secondly, it was brought to my attention that many of you may be holding back awaiting a matching funds weekend where you can get more bang for your buck as we have held in years past. At this time we have no such weekend or event planned for this year. Please do not forget to donate if you were planning to but holding off for this event.
