Mitten peoples, what's the weather like there in March/April? (Keeping in mind that I'm a delicate California coast flower who thinks anything colder than 50 degrees requires a parka, scarf, and mittens.) I'm trying to figure what kind of clothing needs I might need to account for in my Anni budget, since we don't get much in the way of weather out here, and my wardrobe reflects that.

Bring it all. It could be 25 degrees and 80% humidity, it could be a 18 and a slight wind, it could be 14 and pouring rain and thunder, or it could be -10 and snowing :eek

Seriously, I'm pretty sure all of those things have happened in March. Within the same week.
