Wait, but where are they?!?!?!

We're trying something new. We keep hearing a desire for more discussion of these notes so this year the notes are being released in a special, temporary Admin Meeting Discussion forum. Rather than put these in Site Announcements (which is not really a place for discussion), everyone ranked Citizen and higher can review the decisions and make your voice heard in this new forum which will be open for two weeks.
