- Future of our community structure, Ajahs and Companies going forward (basically a continuation of the conversation we started last year!)
- Bringing the fun back (working on loosening some things up on a community wide basis, ways to encourage people to try not taking themselves quite so seriously all the time)
- Using the Hall of the Tower as a Hall of the Tower (rather than simply for raisings and the occasional big issue, use them as true representatives of their groups and talk about site wide culture issues etc with each rep having the ability to bring a topic of discussion to the metaphorical floor for conversation)
- Review if and how to make Executives more accessible to members for general purposes through other modes of communication than private messages and email.

- Comments were received to revamp the Membership Survey so that it is not a review of the departments. Discuss.

- Discuss what level of information will be provided in 2013 and future Annual Reports regarding finances.
- Discuss options of Google Sites for training, information dispersion, supplement to the Library, and tie into the Operations Manual project.

- Clarify difference between Tower Counsel and Tower Legal, delineate job descriptions and duties. Discuss changing Tower Legal to Tower Legal Advisory Team. Add policy to review team specialties and recruit for interested individuals with other specialties (which ones and how often?)
- Discuss specific sensitive emails housed within Tower email accounts and retention policy.
- Review 2013 and 2014 budgets.
- Review status of debt/repayments.
- Review status of taxes and tax exempt status.
- Discuss adding a Financial section to site and/or Library, what to include.
