Trouble recovering user name

My friend registered a while ago, but can't remember her user name. When she tries to use the recover user name function, it asks her to fill in "wheel of _______" to prove she's not a bot, but "time" and "Time" both return an error that she answered incorrectly. (She also tried "cheese" and "morality," just in case, but I don't imagine those were supposed to work.) How can she recover her user name?

Have her email support@ with what she thought her username was. She should also send this communication from the email address used to register her account.
