I had a question come in to me that I thought others might be wondering about and that I wanted to answer here as well so that anyone with curiosity can get the info:

I am interested in the Community Care Coordinator position but have one hangup with applying - would skills with graphics be useful or necessary to effectively do the job? Or would the ability to manage or delegate be more important if graphical ability were an issue?

My answer:
Graphics skills would certainly be lovely, but is absolutely not required! This position will have access to multiple graphics teams for help developing and actually creating graphics. Creativity in terms in imagery is a plus, but actual graphics ability is absolutely not a must.
