It is time for the yearly Guild Leader rotation. All Guild Leader positions, with the exception of the Gleemen Guild since Marivea just started, are open for interested parties to apply. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions!

Overview
These positions are administrators in the Department of Community Development. You should expect to spend some time on the boards dealing with administrative issues, moderating the forum, and coming up with things that pique the interest of the Guild members. Applicants should be excited, motivated, and creative and demonstrate a desire to help create a sense of community and belonging within the Guilds.
Requirements
-Member of TarValon.Net for 6 months of any rank
-Must be able to spend approximately 5-10 hours a week on the boards
-Must be willing to learn to work with Google Docs and Calendar
Duties and Responsibilities
-Moderate the Guild forum
-Collaborate with the Director as well as work independently to come up with ways to keep the Guild active and the members interested
- Participate in regular Departmental discussions
-Submit reports on a monthly basis to the administration concerning the activities of your Guild
While not a requirement, current membership in the Guild is a plus. Please make sure to note in your application which Guild you are applying for. Additionally, please note any real life experience you may have in this area in your application. Finally, I encourage you to let me know if you have any ideas for guild activity and community building activities.
