Yeah, I was basically dragged out into the street and forced to sign a contract against my free will.

I guess, technically, I would be dragged into the Internet but I think I've already been down that road before...I blame Tumblr.

And as for my favorite fantasy novels~ I started reading Harry Potter in elementary school. HP is a HUGE part of my life. And then I read "The Hobbit" and I read most of "Fellowship" but I haven't finished them yet. I just bought the entire set of A Song of Ice and Fire but Aryawnah is for-gently coaxing me to finish them as soon as I can. I love to read but reading requires focus and lately with college my life has been nothing but "GET THIS IN! THIS IS DUE IN TWO WEEKS! SUBMIT! CHECK YOUR GRADE! STOP BREATHING AND HAVE SLEEP PARALYSIS BECAUSE YOU FORGOT SOMETHING IS DUE" soooo yeah. But once I finish this semester of college I'll have more time to mess around, enjoy the sun, and read some darn Wheel of Time!

Ooooh, I hear you! That period has just passed for me, I'm still getting used to taking a book and not thinking: "Hmm, I wonder if I should use these 10 minutes before sleep to study" Now it's just "Read ALL the books!" :horsey

I've stopped on book.. 4, I think, of ASoIaF - the library didn't have the next part... Hmm, I should try again... :shifty

I just read the rest of these replies! So nice c: I feel very loved. And I really, really, really hate one of my college professors because she is, quite frankly, the most ignorant teaching professional I have ever had the displeasure of learning under............yeahhhhhhhhh. Let's just say that some people don't really learn much outside of their backyard and should not be teaching others the same ridiculous notions >_< #endrant. Not to sound extremely negative, but I'm just not tolerant of people who go into teaching and end up spreading ridiculous, non-factual ideals when you're supposed to be teaching psychology and have a tolerant understanding of others. Plus, if any of your college professors proudly admit to watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians....yeah. Even more ironic considering the circumstances of what she said in the class that literally made me want to ban-hammer her out of the room. Guess who's getting a really colorful professor evaluation at the end of the semester? :waggle
